If you download the sample, it should convince you to purchase the book. This book reminds me of the type of thing the book The Secret and the books of the Dali Lama say. However, this is more focused towards the 20 something age group though it can definitely be read as a preventative measure for younger folks to begin on a better path or those who are older since its never too late to change your life. I recommend that when you read this book you take your time and write down the questions the book makes you think of and answer them for yourselves. It has metaphor and life experience tales that really drive home certain points of the book. The book touches on many topics essential to living a peaceful and well thought out life in a way that really flows.
For example,he discusses what it really means to be present in the moment and centered within and what it can do for you. When reading some other books on the topic they seem to be really deep/thought provoking,, but in the end the passages I feel like didn't enlighten me as much as this one. He says it in a very easy to understand way and practical so that one can become conscious of how it effects one.
Some passages have a dual purpose. For example, when using a particular metaphor to show how being centered within also means being flexible, it also helps to show an essential part of being being in relationships/friendships. It shows why it is beneficial to get to know yourself, when, and how. It shows why it is important to be authentic/open up and spend time getting to know others. It calls attention to areas in your life in which you might have tunnel syndrome, and shows the importance of getting rid of it.
In other words, the book calls upon many areas of one's life which can be improved upon. Not to say that this is a heavy book it is not. I think that's why he decided to keep in short, so that it is not overwhelming. It's the kind of book you'll constantly pick up so you can analyze your life at the moment.
Also in sharing some of his own stories or those of his friends one feels the type of relief one gets when talking about life with a close friend and finding that you are going through the same thing in one way or another.

The Fourth Dimension of My Life An original journey eBook Ali Mohandesi David Aretha Rebecca Maizel Reviews
I really enjoyed reading this book. There is pure feeling in every sentence of it.
Have you ever had a late night philosophical discussion? Reading this book is just like it! Enjoyable, well written - a good read!
I don't consider myself a sucker for most self-help books (though associating this book with the label does it a disservice) , but I've got to admit, this novel really diagnosed interpersonal communication problems that I didn't even know I had and then provided helpful prescriptions that have yielded real results. While at first I felt the author's style was a little long-winded, I later appreciated the clarity of his metaphorical and unique voice and I found it kept me engaged throughout the novel. The numerous and diverse stories while tying very well to the points the author is trying to get across, also weave a veritable tapestry of emotion and adventure that will stay with you long after you have turned the last page.
